GERMAN APPLE CAKE | |
2 large eggs 1 c. vegetable oil 2 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp. water 1 c. pecans, chopped 4 medium green apples, peeled and cut into small pieces Beat eggs with oil until foamy. Add sugar and water. Add flour and cinnamon. Batter will be thick. Add apples and nuts. Spread into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. |
