1 pkg. lime Jello
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. grated cucumber
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine Jello, vinegar and water. Let sit until slightly firm. Then whip in onion, cucumber and mayonnaise. Place in small mold and let set until firm.
