HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion (chopped fine)
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 egg
1 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Combine above ingredients and mix together. Form into bite-size meatballs. Brown in skillet.

SAUCE:

1 can condensed beef bouillon
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple and syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine above ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/2 cup water and add gradually to thicken sauce. Add meatballs and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice.
