HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 c. oatmeal
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 green peppers, cut into chunks
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 2/3 c. water

Mix ground beef, oatmeal, egg and onion. Shape into 1-inch balls. In large skillet, cook meatballs, shaking pan occasionally until evenly browned. Drain on paper towels.

Add remaining ingredients to skillet and stir until sauce is smooth, transparent and thickened. Add meatballs and peppers; stir to coat with sauce and heat through. Serve with toothpicks.
