HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
Make meatballs and fry lightly, not too well done. Set aside.

SAUCE:

1 c. clear chicken broth
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice from 1 c. pineapple chunks

Cook all of the above, except pineapple chunks, for 3 minutes or until slightly thick. Add pineapple and simmer for 1/2 hour. Add meatballs. Keep warm in a double boiler until serving time or serve from a chafing dish. Can be frozen.
