SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
1 1/2 lbs. spinach
9 fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 lb. cooked bacon
2 hard boiled eggs (diced)
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 can water chestnuts
1 onion (thin rings)

DRESSING:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 diced onion

Toss salad. Blend dressing in blender.
