SPINACH SALAD AND DRESSING 
1 (10 oz.) bag fresh spinach
1 med. head iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp. diced onion
2 tbsp. diced pimento
1 cucumber, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 lg. oranges, peeled and sections, cut in bite size pieces

HONEY-CARAWAY DRESSING:

Make 1 hour before:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. caraway seeds

Cut and wash all salad pieces. Place in large bowl after dried. Mix together. Put dressing over salad. Toss lightly.
