SPINACH SALAD WITH SWEET AND
SOUR DRESSING
 
1 bunch fresh spinach, washed, dried and torn in bite size pieces
6 hard cooked eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 red Bermuda onion, sliced thin
6-8 mushrooms, sliced

Top spinach with onion, bacon and mushrooms. Mix with dressing. Put on salad plate. Garnish with sliced hard cooked egg.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. whipping cream

Combine all ingredients in small jar. Cover. Shake until blended.
