Eye round roast Lemon pepper seasoning 1/2 c. water Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat eye round roast with lemon pepper seasoning. Place coated meat and 1/2 cup water in pan. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and leave roast in oven for 2 more hours. | |
