LEMON PEPPER BUTTER 
1 lb. butter
1/4 c. snipped chives (fresh or freeze dried)
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Store in refrigerator in tightly covered container, use as needed. Makes 2 cups.

Excellent on potatoes, steak, bread, crackers or for seasoning vegetables. NOTE: Whipped or soft butter maybe used in this recipe.
