CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine meat, milk, ketchup, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; mix well and spread in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. For topping, combine cheese and remaining 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and spread over top; bake 10 minutes longer. Let pie stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4.
