FLATBREAD 
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. whipping cream (sweet)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 scant tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. rye flour

Chill dough overnight or a few hours. Roll thin in graham flour. Bake at 375 degrees.
