CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. plain flour
1 pkg. yeast in flour
1 tsp. salt

Heat until just warm: 1 1/3 c. butter 2 eggs 1 1/3 c. sugar

Pour milk, sugar, and butter into flour and yeast. Add eggs. Beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Let rise, then knead down and let rise again. Roll out in 2 different rolls of dough. Let rest 10 minutes before baking. Put over dough: 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. raisins (if you want)

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

ICING FOR CINNAMON ROLLS:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Pour over cinnamon rolls after they have cooled off some.
