MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 box seasoned croutons
16 oz. canned mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. milk
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese

Sauté mushrooms with butter and garlic salt. Line casserole dish with half the croutons. Mix together in a bowl the flour, sour cream, milk, and mushrooms. Pour this mixture on the croutons. Pour remaining croutons on top of mushroom mixture. Top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes, or microwave for 8 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
