SAUSAGE MUSHROOM EGG CASSEROLE 
2 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
4 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish greased. Layer, starting with croutons. Then add sausage. Mix together eggs, milk, soup, mushrooms, and dry mustard. Pour over crouton/sausage mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on and cherry tomatoes for garnish and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
