1/4 c. butter 1 tbsp. parsley 1 tbsp. chives or onion, chopped 1 tsp. dill seed 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. Accent Melt butter; mix together. Boil 4 to 5 medium potatoes until done and remove skins and cube. Put in flat baking dish and cover with butter sauce. Bake 20 to 30 minutes, covered with aluminum foil in 350 degree oven. |
