DILLED CHICKEN 
3 boneless chicken chicken breasts
5 medium diced potatoes
3 sliced fresh carrots
1 cup fresh peas (canned works, too)
chopped fresh dill (lots of it)
2 cups (500 ml) whipping cream (liquid form, found in the milk section)

Dice up chicken and place on bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over chicken.

Next layer: diced potatoes. Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over potatoes.

Next layer: sliced carrots. Sprinkle chopped fresh dill over carrots.

Last layer: peas.

Once all ingredients layered, Pour over casserole. Cover; place in oven and cook at 350°F degrees for 1 hour or until all is cooked thoroughly.
