DILLED NEW POTATO HALVES 
8 sm. new potatoes, 1 lb.
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. whole dillweed

Rinse potatoes and pat dry. Prick potatoes several times with a fork, and place in a ring on a paper towel in microwave oven. Microwave HIGH 6 to 7 minutes, turning over after 3 1/2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; set aside. Combine sour cream, horseradish, and dillweed in a small bowl; stir well. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture onto each potato half. Sprinkle with chives.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
