DUTCH APPLE PIE | |
5 med. apples, cored and sliced 1 can Eagle brand milk 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter 1 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. pecans Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine apples, milk, and cinnamon into large bowl. Cut 1/2 cup butter into 1 cup Bisquick. Stir in apple mixture. Pour into 9 inch square baking pan. In small bowl, combine 1/2 cup Bisquick, brown sugar, cut in remaining butter until crumbly. Add nuts. Pour on top of apple mixture. Bake 1 hour. |
