SHRIMP SALAD 
1 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
3 tbsp. French dressing
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
3 c. cooked shrimp, fresh or canned
About 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Combine shrimp, celery and French dressing. Add salt and pepper. Chill. Drain. Mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice. Serve in lettuce cups with tomato slices and Saltine crackers. Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
