HEAVENLY HASH POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. cream of chicken soup

Blend together and pour into casserole dish. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. The last 20 minutes put on a topping of buttered crumbs, or crushed cheese crackers or buttered crushed potato chips and let brown a little.
