HEAVENLY CHICKEN | |
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli 5 c. Stove Top stuffing 2 whole chicken breasts, bone in or boneless 1 can cream of broccoli soup 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 8 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. season salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil broccoli until tender; drain. Boil chicken until done. Cool; cut into bite-sized pieces. Make stuffing according to directions; set aside to cool. Mix 1/2 cup milk and cream of broccoli soup together. In a 13x9 baking pan place cooked broccoli on bottom and spread evenly. Place bite-sized chicken over broccoli. Pour soup and milk mixture over chicken. Sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan cheese over soup. Sprinkle garlic and onion powder and season salt over cheeses. Spread Stove Top stuffing evenly over seasoning. Bake uncovered 45 minutes or until hot. Serves 6. |
