PINEAPPLE TARTS 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 egg yolks, save egg whites
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 box graham crackers
1 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar, add baking powder and beaten egg yolks. Combine crackers and milk; add to butter and sugar mixture. Add 1 cup nuts, 1 teaspoon vanilla and fold in beaten egg whites. Fill paper cups in muffin pans about 3/4 full and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar

Put on tarts while warm and top with cherries.
