TUNA AND BROCCOLI 
About 4 c. cooked broccoli
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
Grated cheese (optional)

Mix together. Place in 2-quart micro-proof casserole. Top with grated cheese and crumbs. Cover. Cook on high 15 minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
