CHICKEN-BROCCOLI SUPREME 
4 c. cooked cut-up chicken
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dry corn muffin mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Cook broccoli according to label directions, drain, then arrange in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Cover with cooked chicken. Spread with mixture of cheese, corn muffin mix and chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
