CHICKEN-BROCCOLI SUPREME 
4 c. cut up chicken
2 (9 oz.) frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dry corn muffin mix
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Cook broccoli according to label directions. Arrange on 13x9 baking dish.

Cover with cooked chicken. Spread with whipped mixture of soup and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with cheese and corn muffin mix and crushed chips. Bake 325 for 1 hour. Serves 8.
