HALIBUT ENCHILADAS 
1/2 c. green pepper chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped

Saute in 1 tablespoon vegetable oil briefly

1 1/2 cans chopped green chilies
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cooked, cooled, flaked halibut
Salt and pepper to taste
1 doz. flour tortillas
Grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Set aside. Heat tortillas under the broiler or soften in oil in skillet. Fill tortillas with halibut mixture and place in an oiled baking dish. Garnish with grated cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
