TINY CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
18 vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Whip together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs, one at a time. Line muffin pans with cupcake liners. Place a vanilla wafer in each liner and fill 3/4 full with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with cherry pie filling. Makes 18. Can make the day before serving.
