2 lg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Nilla wafer cookies
Pie filling

Put whole Nilla wafer cookie on bottom of foil cupcake papers on a cookie sheet. Beat first 4 ingredients until smooth. Spoon on wafer to 2/3 full.

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling when cool. Makes 20-24.
