TINY CHEESE CAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

FOR TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well topping ingredients. Soften cream cheese, mix until smooth. Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each. Then add sugar and vanilla. Pour into midget baking cups. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool a few minutes and then spread with topping. Put back into oven for 5 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 dozen. Use tiny muffin pans. each muffin is about 2 x 1 inch.
