TURKEY FRAME SOUP 
1 turkey frame (all bones with a little meat pickings on)
Carrot
Onion
3 to 4 celery stalks

Put all in large kettle. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil and SIMMER slowly for 2 to 3 hours until meat balls off bones good. Remove bones and vegetables and discard. Add vegetables of choice and simmer until soft. A handful of rice added is good also.
