SLOPPY JOE POTATO TOPPER | |
1 lb. ground beef 4 hot potatoes, split 1/4 c. ketchup 3/4 c. water 1 pkg. Campbell onion soup mix 2/3 c. green pepper, optional 1/2 c. chopped onion, optional Cheese, shredded for topper Over medium heat cook beef and peppers until browned; drain fat. Stir in soup mix, ketchup and water. Heat to boiling. Reduce to low. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stir occasionally. Spoon over potato and garnish with cheese. Makes 4 servings. |
