SHERRY CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 3/4 c. sherry 4 eggs 1 c. buttery Wesson oil 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding Mix all ingredients, adding eggs last, one at a time. Beat after each egg. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (until done). While warm, pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup sherry over cake. |
