SWEDISH APPLE PIE 
6 med. apples
Cinnamon sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
Lemon juice

Pour a little lemon juice in bottom of pie dish so apples don't turn brown. Peel, core, and slice apples directly into pie dish. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over apples to taste. Mix flour, sugar, and egg in bowl. Melt the butter and add to flour mixture to form a thick paste. Pour over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
