FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

THIRD LAYER:

Fruit (such as grapes, strawberries, pineapple, fruit cocktail)

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix the crust ingredients and press into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool. Cream the ingredients for the second layer and spread over cooled crust. Slice the fruit for the third layer and spread over the cream cheese layer. Cook glaze ingredients until thick. Pour over the fruit layer. Chill and serve.
