LOBSTER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lobster (fresh or frozen)
1 can mushrooms, drained and sliced
1/4 lb. butter
Saltines

Boil lobster for 25 minutes. Then clean and break into small pieces and put into a casserole dish with 1 cup of lobster stock, add drained mushrooms. Add saltines. Slice butter into serving squares and lay over crackers (butter not butter). Put into 450 degree oven until saltines are crisp.
