EASY BRUNCH 
White bread
1 doz. eggs, whipped slightly
1 1/2 lb. fried crisp bacon, crumbled or ham
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. milk

Line pan with bread. Top with meat and cover with cheese. Combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature (15 minutes) and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
