FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 lg. head of cauliflower (or frozen cauliflower)
Boiling salted water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese

Precook cauliflower for 12 to 15 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and place in ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over cauliflower. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 4.
