1-1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. mozzarella (shredded)
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook hamburger and drain. Spoon into pyrex dish. Top with pizza sauce and cheese. Combine Bisquick, milk and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 6-8.
