EASY LASAGNA 
3 lb. ground round
1 lb. lean ground pork
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 (30 oz.) jars Ragu (chunky garden style)
2 lb. low fat Mozzarella cheese
2 lb. (skim milk) cottage cheese
Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles

Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package. Cook ground round, pork and onion. Add Ragu. Put a little meat sauce in dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese then layer again. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until starting to brown on top. 12 or more servings, I put in different size serving and freeze.
