VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. milk
4 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat eggs in bowl until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until thickened. Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt; mix thoroughly. Chill. Place in freezer container; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
