GLORIFIED CHEESE CAULIFLOWER | |
Medium heat of cauliflower (2 pounds). Leave together - cook in 1/2 teaspoon of salt to one of water boiling. Add cauliflower cook 20 to 25 minutes, drain. CHEESE SAUCE: 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. of flour 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. salt and dash of pepper 1 c. skim milk 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese (4 oz.) 5 drops red pepper sauce Heat butter on low heat until melted. Blend, flour, mustard, salt, pepper - cook over low heat until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat; stir in milk and put back on heat. (Salem) |
