BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. fresh broccoli flowerettes
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. red grapes, cut in half
1 c. green grapes, cut in half
8 strips bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
2/3 c. toasted slivered almonds

DRESSING:

1 c. fat free mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Mix dressing; add to first 4 ingredients. Toss in bacon and almonds just before serving.
