HOLIDAY BRUNCH HASH BROWNS | |
32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed 2 cans potato soup 2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 16 oz. sour cream Chopped onion, optional, to taste Mix ingredients together. Place into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Can be prepared the night before for baking next morning. Freezes well. Serves 12. |
