SNOWBALL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. soft butter
2/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. water
3 c. flour
1 c. ground pecans

Cream the butter and powdered sugar. Add the vanilla and water; mix well. Add flour and pecans, roll into small balls (walnut size). Bake 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar while warm, cool and roll in powdered sugar again. Makes about 60 cookies.
