1 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 c. pecans, finely chopped
2 tbsp. orange rind, grated
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners sugar, sifted

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour, pecans, orange rind and vanilla. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 300°FF for 35 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in confectioners sugar.

Makes 3 dozen.
