SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. yellow squash (steam until tender) 1 c. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 raw carrot, grated 1/2 pkg. packaged dressing mix 1 stick butter Drain and mash squash. Combine all ingredients. (Save some of dressing for a topping.) Pour into a well greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with remaining dressing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 12. |
