FRENCH ONION SOUP 
3 to 4 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 soup can water
Croutons
Mozzarella cheese

Saute onions in butter until limp. Blend in flour. Add the two broths and water. Simmer 30 minutes. Pour into individual serving dishes, topping with croutons and cheese. Bake or heat in microwave until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
