COCA-COLA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can dark cherries
1 sm. can pineapple slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Milk
2 pkgs. cherry Jell-O
2 regular Cokes (4 c. liquid)
1 c. nuts, chopped

Drain fruit, reserving liquid. Bring liquid to a boil. Add Jell-O and dissolve. Measure liquid to this; add enough Coke to measure 4 cups total. Stir well and refrigerate. When it begins to congeal, add cream cheese (which has been thinned with milk to the consistency of whipping cream). Mix well; add cherries and pineapple (cut in chunks) and nuts. Congeal again.
