ORANGE SALAD SUPREME 
3 tbsp. tapioca
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. hot water
1 pkg. whipped topping mix or Cool Whip
1 can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped

Combine the first 4 ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. Add orange Jello, vanilla instant pudding. Mix with hot water. Cook until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Let cool completely, then fold in prepared whipped topping mix and oranges. Chill until set.
